I had planned to set off northwards tomorrow after my visit to the doctor for my yearly check up, with my previous doctor he would make arrangements to get the blood test done and let me know if there was any problems later, there never was.
The new doctor is checking everything more thoroughly, I have had an ECG for the first time and a date with the pathologist for bone density testing. He wants all the tests done so that he can see me again next Wednesday, not that he has uncovered any problems the blood pressure was the equivalent to a 26 year old and the ECG was perfect.
So here I am on the Gold Coast until at least until next Wednesday, looks like Stott's will be seeing me for more nights and Hinterland Park as well. John

Its ok to have a thorough check now and again, it puts the mind at ease.
Don't worry, you'll be on your way in no time.

Great news that your doc is giving you a grease NAND oil change, checking all the levels, we all need a good service now and then. won't keep you too long.

Yes Jules the feathered variety are noisy early in the morning, the other roosters have moved on Mario, Bill and Andy now that the 24hr stop over has been enforced.
Saturday and the bone density testing looks like there is some loss but the details will be discussed with me on Wednesday. The doctor has noticed what looks like a skin cancer and referred me to a specialist so another test, a biopsy was done and the results next Tuesday. Nothing to be done now until the Tuesday appointment so it is a wait and see situation.

Doesn't hurt to have a personal 'oil and grease change' as well as the vehicle. Better to catch these things quickly. All the best John.

Will talk soon John - we have heard from Mario. All good. And it is good to get checked over, don't want anything nasty while on the road.
