Pork chops

2tabs brown sugar.

2 cups crushed pineapple.

3 medium sweet potatoes (orange ones )

Place pineapple with juices into casserole dish. place the sliced sweet potatoes over pineapple and sprinle with brown sugar.

Place pork shops on top of sweet potato.

Cover and bake for 1 hour at 150c then uncovered for 10 mins at 200c.
