why does tablets have days of the week on the packaging?

Some of mine do too Milo. I think it's just so you don't forget to take one on the right day. On the other hand, if you think you've taken one, but aren't sure, you can easily see if you have or not.

milo it's to help you know when to take them. Start on the day you get them and follow the week around the strip of tablets. Bit like a calendar helping you.

I put all my tablets into one of those Medidose tray things. It lasts a week and you can have up to 4 sections on each day. The only problem is if I got given any more tablets to take they won't fit anymore. It's full already....lol
Milo it's just to make it easier for us old folks who often forget whether we took the pill or not, it only becomes serious when you have forgotten to take two in a row, then it's off to the doctors for a mini pill to make up for it.
