500g pasta (any type )300ml light cream.1 lemon.400g fresh cooked crab meat (can use tin but drain well )Bring water to boil,add pasta ,cook until tender.while pasta is cooking finely grate lemon rind ,then heat cream and rind in a medium saucepan. bring to boil.Add crabmeat and stir gently until heated through.Remove from heat and pour over pasta . yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
