Howdyeee folks, We have a 2011 Fiat, ducato, motorhome, we want to tow a small car behind ,,, want the front wheels of the car,off the ground ,and the back wheels trailing on the ground ,,,any one know what the trailers are called Billeeeee

Gypsy is another brand Nay particular reason for wanting the front wheels off the ground I prefer the flat tow method as their is less stress on the tug once up and rolling

Personally I prefer to flat tow ,one less rego.
Obviously your call but if you do go flat tow, look for the versions that have adjustable arms that self lock.Much easier to line up when attaching vehicle to tug and also some will line up parallel to the bumper bar and lock in place so you can store them on your tug when not in use.

What car do you intend to tow. Depending on the model you may be able to flat tow it. The benefits of flat towing are 1 less rego. Don't have to park the trailer dolly. GVCM is minus the mass of the dolly. No weight on the towball.
The only real disadvantage of flat towing is that you don't reverse the rig
