Rude? Moi? Never!
Yes Hans, coconut is great too. I love using the oil on my dry old skin in the winter time. I've used it to stir fry but still learning how to ingest it in other ways.

We always have a container of nuts in the car to beat fatigue. Far better than lollies. A few sesame bars are good too (the ones without the caramel). Plus plenty of water. Very easy to get dehydrated when driving. (and also helps to wash the nuts out of your teeth!)

I love nuts, but am still without dentures, dammit. But I do use coconut cream in smoothies. Yum! And a couple of dollops of hazelnut choc spread.

Agree about the water washing the nuts out of your teeth Ruth.
My silly system doesn't allow me to consume many nuts, which is a shame. As for dried fruit, it has to be the organic stuff, and still in small quanities. The sulphur on non organic doesn't agree with me.
Have a zip lock bag of nuts handy while travelling. A great fatigue fighter.
