Yarramalong Weir - Camps 6 QLD site 762 - 27 50 07 S 151 27 02 E - 11km north of Millmerran (33km south of Pittsworth) off Gore Hwy, turn east on Leyburn/Millmerran Road for 11km then turn north for 3km to Weir - signposted. Three night limit (no fee) with flushing toilets, which are fairly new and in good condition. The Condamine River has had floods in recent times and there is evidence of the damage, but the camp area is in good nick.
A good spot for a couple of days. Room for big rigs and probably about a dozen rigs all up before it would get "cozy". There is a "raised" flat area near the corn fields that could accommodate an overnight stay. It actually belongs to the farm but an overnight stay seems to be tolerated.
Looks a good spot John - that sunset photo is magnificent!!!

I really like the look of this. And only a couple hundred kilometres for me. Thanks for the wonderful photos.

Have just enjoyed three nights at Yarramalong Weir, I agree with John, it's a good free site. Plenty of room, quiet, the toilets are clean. TV and phone reception is excellent.
Gday...
