This berry yoghurt freeze takes minutes to make,and you can use any tinned fruit you like.
425g tin of fruit of your choice ( i like to use tin boysenberries )
2/3 cup (200g tub of natural yoghurt.
1/3 cup of thickened cream.
Drain the fruit and reserve some of the syrup in a bowl.Mix together the fruit , yoghurt and cream and two Tabs of the fruit syrup.
Pour the mix into a metal bowl or cake tin ,cover with foil and freeze for two hrs.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and beat until mixture is smooth ( can use a fork if you don't have a beater )
Return to the metal bowl or cake tin and freeze until set.

Yum I love berries and yogurt. Usually have a whizz up berries banana yogurt and chia seeds in the morning for brekkie. But I'm going to try this ice cream, sounds yummy.
