just tested cooktop so we can go away for a short trip i have gas reaching hobs (i can light them wth a match) when i depress the piezzo switch i only got intermittent clicks to start with ,but this has now stopped i seem to have power at the switch (when removing switch if i let it touch the body of the cooktop i get light sparking) the handbook refers to 500 series with battery opp ignition but i cant locate any battery holder and it seems to me that there is 12v power wire to the switch i dont have fuses in van only self setting relays any suggestions as to what to check brian
just had a second thought, i believe there should be a relay/activator between the switch and the hobs.
any clues to if it is servicable/replaceable
brian
