Just a question for those who have these (the smaller version) please.
Do you have any trouble with the suction cups on these or do you find you end up tying the section cup ends on with cord to prevent the suction cup ends from coming adrift?
See also the larger version of these with side panels, if you watch the video it also shows the rear end tent that I and Sheba have on a side menu, not sure if BCF are selling them now, looks like a U tube link, I did send BCF an email asking them why they weren't selling them awhile ago, never got an answer though. I have the first type that goes onto the rear of a 4b.
So far have had no trouble with the suction caps.
However I do clean the area where they go and wet the cups before putting them on.
I also purchased some extra cups to fix shade to the othe windows and they work well.
Thanks OD,
Do you use spit on the suction cups or just water, don't mean to put you on a spot, but I have used that method before when water not on hand, lol
I use wind socks on the other windows, I don't drive with them on only if camped, but can wind down the windows for air.....
Deleted as post duplicated itself. oops!

Spit or water both works well for me.
Once had some drama, went to move vehicle and forgot about the cover, was very lucky the suction caps let go.
Thanks OD......Murphy's law......good that the cups gave way though.
I've seen a couple over the years drive off from a caravan park with their power leads still plugged in!
Thanks CG, worth a thought!
I notice that where the suction cups are there are loops on the shelter.
I have roof bars on the top of my vehicle so may put a bit of cord through the loops and just tie them to the roof bar as an extra precaution...
