Well that was very interesting David. I first thought they were a larger version of the Dutch Pancake until I watched that.
Yes they are pretty similar to poffertjes Doug.

Yep! Count me in for some of them!! I have the electric version of the dutch pancake maker...guess there wont be room in the van for that!! :(

Surely it wouldn't take up too much room Buffy? If I meet you somewhere along the road we can always plug in my inverter and your pancake maker and have morning tea somewhere.
