Did any-one else see the Blonde Wombat on TotallyWild this afternoon ? Very cute, but the baby that belonged to the other one was even cuter. Georgeous little thing about a foot long.
Cheers,
Sheba.

While driving the coastline from Robe to Eden, I saw many signs of wombats, including road signs, droppings and holes, and didn't see one of the furry kind! Most dissapointing. I was told they mostly come out at night, and I was snug in mylittle caravan at night.
correct we only come out at night, unless we are in a zoo, here's a pic I took of my cousin at Wilsons Prom a couple of years ago.
If you do go to the prom go to the cinama area (just outside) at about 2000-2100 and you may see my cousin looking for his nightly food.

I don't believe I've ever seen a road sign in Qld for wombats. Roos and koalas, casawarys in NQ, but not wombats.
