This is a very open and pleasant campground - no fee for maximum of three night's stay. Amenities are good, with a cold shower (I did NOT make use of the shower during my stay )
There is plenty of room for all size vehicles. Mostly grassy with the most level and grassy sites toward the top of the campground. [edit: free electric BBQs in BBQ shelter with a 240v outlet for campers use for kettles, frypan etc but with a sign to NOT CONNECT TO CARAVAN]. No dogs allowed.
There was lots of birdlife during my stay. Adjoining the campground is the picnic ground. This is a huge area with lots of BBQ shelters and toilet blocks. They have a number of enclosures with various birdlife and animals - goats, donkeys, fallow deer, pea****s, emu and all kinds of farmyard fowl.
