Aww Gee I missed the original post, so cannot comment, shame it sounds like something I could have got some '' Mileage'' from However I do know rockylizard would only have made ''tongue in cheek '' remarks because he is a good bloke
I am not one to stir the pot ''so to speak'' However I know rockylizard, speaks to 'Wombat' and Dougwe, and it would not surprise me if they tricked him into making the comment . Especially that wombat, so whatever rockylizard said ??? I think you Girls should take it up with wombat, he can cause trouble even when he is not here ??
PS ''rockylizard'' I have found the best way to get the girls to laugh at your jokes on a Saturday ?? is to tell them the joke on a Thursday I am still trying to work out why ?? BUT It is something the wombat told

Gday...
If one read the expression correctly, it is what a woman would have said (derogatory to male) ... rather than a "typical male" comment. Not to worry.
As they say, "If ya gotta explain the joke it ain't funny"

He didn't say anyting dazren, he put up a joke/saying. It was very funny and yes we all got it. Unfortunately by John deleting it the whole thing looks suss. I can't remember the whole thing but in the box were the words roughly?? A man saying he didn't need to be reminded by his wife to do something , every 6 months. We took it in the spirit in which it was posted and were having a good laugh.

John I thought you must have been a naughty boy, and got zapped by Cindy!! But it seems no, you took it out yourself. Wish I had been up late enough to have seen it.

I winked too, as I meant my comment as tongue in cheek.
I'd had a couple of wines last night, and it was late, so I wondered if I'd worded it badly. But today I see it was okay, so I take no blame! Tongue in cheek.

The responses to the missing post make all the comments seem very cynical. Hey! As a woman it pays to be cynical, even a little suspicious.
