Hi Calvin - see you have been a member for a while but not posted - you are a long way from Horsham - if you head up to Mareeba rodeo grounds there are quite a few Grey Nomads there - look for a big yellow coaster bus - that is Shadyandme - Norma - have a chat, she will intro you to the others there, might get some advice from them.
By the way, not a good idea to put your mobile number in a publlic forum, and probably not your email addy either. Never know who might contact you.
Enjoy your travels - heaps of good free camps all the way down the highway - Rollilngstone near Townsville, Calliope near Gladstone - heaps of grey nomads use these places, and there are heaps of them.

We could meet up on your way down, I am moving north and plan to be in Guthalungra on Wednesday and in Rollingstone by the weekend.
