The Red Centre is certainly a fantastic place! The gorges, cliffs, waterholes with only vast stretches of desert in between! The Western MacDonnells are stunning, Uluru so unique it must be seen to be believed, Kjata Tjuta Kings Canyon, Rainbow Valley - it just keeps unfolding.
A week in Alice Springs was hardly long enough to see the local attractions and the town certainly has a lot to offer.
I'm now heading north, currently at Katherine Gorge for a day or two then to spend time in the Top End.
It is great on the road, plenty of good people and the weather here is certainly better than Tassie is getting!
Cheers to all, Happy Travels!

G'Day Anton. It's been nearly 35 years since I saw the Rock and Alice Springs. It's probably changed heaps. Great trip though and I envy you being there.

Well done Anton it is good to see that you are enjoying being on the road, we missed each other this time but there will be other opportunities for a meet up.
All the best,
