I wish to report the successful gathering of like-minded nomads and friends at Crystal Brook.
GN was represented unofficially by Smokey, PeterS and I, as well as a couple of former GN's.
It's great to meet and put faces to tags. No matter how formal or informal, meeting fellow GN's along the way is always a great experience.
See you out there somewhere.

Good to see you have been able to get away for a bit of a break CG, after you little op. Hope they all healed up nicely, the ear I mean. Would have been great to meet up with some newbies.

The ear is still quite tender, but healing ok with no sign of infection.
I also took the opportunity to heal the rift with my daughter while I was visiting fellow GN's DeBe and ElBe. It's been a good week.

Glad to see that you had such an enjoyable break Chris.
It's also good that you caught up with your daughter.
Good news about the ear too.
Owing to all of the above, you must be walking around with a big smile on your face.
Cheers.

Crystal Brook was a great few days.......there were many there from at least 4 Forums.......Finally got to meet CG.....and PeterS and Helena...
Gee Smokey that photo looks familiar. I think I've seen it somewhere before. Oh, yeah it's on the back of my tug and van. Blokes at outback roadhouses have been known to form a romantic attraction, even a crush, to "Granny". Not me, silly! The wheel cover. She has another fan at Williamstown. I caught a man, and his wife, admiring her qualities after the ANZAC Dawn Service, which resulted in a short chat about her adventures. (That's the Barossa Williamstown)
