Lemonade scones are great and work every time. I also do cheese scones, equal quantities of grated cheese and SR flour, (a cup of each makes about 6 scones) enough liquid (milk or water) to make it the right consistency. Pat out to about an inch high, then either cut into squares or rounds. Cook about 10 minutes in hot oven. 3 ingredient fruit cakes are great too. I am into easy and the less ingredients the better!!
