Hi,
Has anyone had any experience with SF3239 Satellite Finder? This one is currently available on eBay, and VanSat also sell one - SF4000. They look the same.
it says that it is per-programmed for the Optus satellite, which would be handy.
Any feedback appreciated.

Hi Alan.
If you visit Satplus website online and go to the satellite TV section then to meters and finders there is a short video of them setting up using the SF 3239
I use a different system myself but this looks very user friendly.
Hope this helps
Cheers
Trevor

where do you live in Perth? only give the suburb on here
or if you know how to PM me do that, click on my name anywhere _wombat_ and you can PM me from there
here's the one that I use, what I like about this is you do not need to have the decoder plugged in, just one cable from the dish to this unit, once singal is found you then connect the cable from the decoder.

Thanks Trevor and Wombat for the replies. I placed an order to get one as I needed it soon. Leaving here in next couple of weeks.
Both finders look good, so if one doesn't work, I will get the other. Anything to make the setup easier, especially when trying to do it unassisted. Regards Alan
