I usually only look at the general forum but decided to have a peek at this one and boy did it make me ashamed I was complaining of having an arthritic knuckle taken out and not being able to use my hand fully for between 3 to 6 months. All I can say is that I am so sorry for complaining and just hope that all on this forum can cope well and overcome all thier difficulties my thoughts are with you all. Helena

Helena don't apologise, everyone on this forum have some sort of problem in life be it physical, emotional, sometimes mental, that is life and we all have to cope with whatever is thrown at us as best we can............that is what is great about this forum, having someone that will listen when we need to be heard.

Yes I agree with Pauline, don't apologise. We are all different and all have different problems. Whether big or small it is still something that we have to deal with the best we can. We are all here to give each other encouragement as well when we are having bad times. If not, they would have kicked me off long ago. Haha.

I'm with you Helena, I have so little to whinge about and yet I have been. Time I started counting my blessings methinks.
My very best wishes to all of you who have had or are having treatments for scary and painful ailments, and to your families.

No need to be sorry, never minimise what you are going through, if it affects you in anyway what you are going through thats ok, you are just as important as Cruising granny and Elle have helped in that aspect.

Hey Helena,
I did not post my thread on here to get sympathy - far from it - I was fed up with the frustration of a wasted (?) seven years of treatment all for nought by the looks of it. But it was nice that some came up with a few suggestions that may help, and I guess that is why I started my thread - but please, please don't apologise - when it's all said and done, I too really have nothing to complain about.
Just read this through after I had posted it - if it sounds as if I am a bit short, I didn't mean it to come across that way - will have to change feet in my mouth!

Pejay Ididn't feel that you were looking for sympathy it just made me realise that what I am going through with only one had in operation at the moment was very little to what some of you are facing on the forum and I was feeling ashamed of myself for moaning about my lot hope you can understand what I am saying. Hope all is going well for you. Helena
