Is that a pond or something with night lighting in the foreground of the pic grumpy??

B577- Yes the foreground are small ponds which are floodlit up at night.

The big pond at the back is open to the river and is a area where you can moor your fishing boat at night.

Looks great at night when floodlit.

Can't help you there B577 as I've never taken pictures at night.
