Will any of you be in Tassie between mid November and the end of February.
If you are and would like to have a get together somewhere then let me know.
Perhaps some of the Tassie Nomads could come up some ideas.

Hi Ma
Yes I will be summering in Tasmania - sailing next Saturday night and booked to return at the end of January.
Have never been to tasmania before so have no idea as yet as to where would be a good place to meet up! If anyone has any good ideas let us know!

The Cradle Mountain area is pretty central to all of Tassie so that would be a thought.

MA, I saw a doco on tv a little while back on the state forests in tassie, they said that there is enough free camps in the forests that you could put in a week in each & that would take 12mths.

OK, lets get the ball rolling people. How many of you either live in Tassie or are here on the island at the moment and more importantly, where are you.
Surely we can get some sort of get together organised even if there are only a couple of us.
If you aren't here at the moment but intend to be within the next few months let us know so an approximate date can be organised as well as a central location

Hi Ma,we've flying around doing all the site seeing things in the rain and now have finally shaken it off (The Rain). We have slowed down now and are up in the St Helens area at the moment and then heading for Launceston in a few days time. Have seen some fantastic sites, Port Arthur, The Wilderness Railway, Wine Glass Bay and we drove and camped on the Western Explorer road down the west coast. Hope to catch up with you if your in the area or any other Grey Nomads.
We are just down the road from you at Laggons Beach Conservation Reserve. Give me a ring and you can pop in for a cuppa on your way through

Sorry to have missed you guys when you called in.
Now that I have seen your rig up close in the photo I realise that we passed you along the road on our way home from St. Helens this morning as you were heading up.
We have to go back to St. Helen's in the morning to the chemist so if you are still in the area maybe we might be able to meet then. We will meet up one of these days and it sure isn't because we haven't been trying......lol

G'Day to all of you travelling around Tassie.
I was just wondering if you could keep an eye open for some friends of mine who are also travelling around there as well.
They are travelling in a "motorhome" called Kitty's Kennel.
They are from Bundaberg and will be tin Tas for quite a while.
Say hello to Jan and Barry, they are really nice down to earth people.
They have a new pup travelling with them. "Jack"
Every one has been friendly and welcoming to us, so I thought it would be great if you could welcome them to the GN community.
Thanks for that.
Note: I asked for their permission to post this, as I didn't want to do something that would embarrass them.
