If you try out this recipe I just happen to know someone who can offer their service as an official scone taster!

Doesn't sound too good Sheba. First Icing Sugar would make it far too sweet you would think. And you never knead scone mix or roll it out, they will end up like rocks. They should only be lightly mixed by running a knife through the mix gently then out on to a board and briefly touched to cut into shape. Will be looking forward to your results.

My mistake Marj. The recipe actually said " knead till smooth-2cm thickness." I added the roll bit.
Hey, I found a Roasting Rack just like yours at my favourite Op-shop on Thursday. $1.50. It's just a perfect size for my BBQ.
Cheers,
Sheba.

What size was yours Marj. This one's 25x18 cm. That's the base measurement.
