Hello to you all, Am new to this virtual world of grey nomads, so feeling my way around at present.
We have a small farm in the New England area of N.S.W. near the town of Inverell and we are hoping to have grey nomads come and stay from time to time and help us out with our garden and surrounds on a barter arrangement.
Anyone interested would need to be fairly self sufficient as we only have a small house. We do have a long drop in the garden as well for those who don't mind this type of loo.
We are social people and would love to share hospitality with anyone who comes. We would not take advantage of people and hope they would do the same. The simple enjoyment of sharing humour, conversation and a meal and cuppa would be great...with the odd traveller tale included!
The best times to travel to this area is spring and autumn (weather wise) when all the birdlife is out and about. The countryside is undulating with lots of trees. It is a very peaceful place with a nice feel to it.
We would love to hear from anyone who might like to come and stay in the future or just know more details.
Wishing you all safe travel and lots of adventures.

Hello Lynne, So nice to read your post and hear of your veggie/herb growing. Hubbies tomatoes sound very interesting. Nothing like home grown anything!
You are most welcome to come when the weather is nicer. It is very crisp at present! I am rugged up like a polar bear.
Hope you have a nice 10 week journey with some sunshine.

Hello HC, I have been away from the forum for some time and am catching up and I wonder is this offer still current??
If so can you post more details or would you prefer to only do that via a PM??
