If you know the south coast NSW at all then this is the scenario at the moment:
Traffic banked up to almost stopping point from Termeil right through to the other side of Milton. A Distance of some 30 plus kilometers.
Thins out a bit once you get to the other side of Milton where the double lanes are and then back into a bottle neck right the way through to South Nowra.
Why on earth would you want to be on the roads down here over the Easter break.
Probably made worse by the extended break I would think.
Take care everyone wherever you are.

Glad I am not on the roads at the moment - TV showing bumper to bumper on all road to and from Sunshine and Gold Coasts, not to mention all the other places people have gone to over the last five days - our local caravan park at Lake Moogerah was in overflow mode -
Anyway whoever is on the road out there - be careful now it is raining, slow down, take care, stay alive and safe. Hope you all had a good Easter break.

You know what. I wonder why they do it, I mean I understand some people can only get holidays during these periods, but to drive with the masses is clear madness, I refuse to do it.
My biggest concern is trying to find a hole to hide in during these times of madness, scares the living daylights out of me.

In SA the Port Wakefield Road is bumper to bumper from the Yorke Peninsula to Cavan, and it's a double highway from Port Wakefield. It's a good time to be off the road, and I'm glad I'm not on driving duties right now.

Now that's not as silly as it sounds. At least you wouldn't have to be on the alert for those mad drivers on the road. Also you could pretend that you had gone back in time 30 or so years...........Those were the days, drive-ins, popcorn, pluto pups......ahh.......nostalgia
