Management and I spent 10 days at Wuruma. There are flush toilets at the top of the hill, plenty of firewood and some drinking water supplied at the top of the hill or at the administration centre, although we took our own. Shelters with seats and tables provided. No time limit, maximum campers while we were there was 7 but usually only 4, so very quiet. If you decide to go there and come in from the Eisvold side, stop for some lovely snags at the Eisvold Butcher. Water level was 16% when we arrived but now is 100% for the first time in its 40 year history. Fishing was very quiet with only one fish seen, but more of that in the general forum. All in all an excellent free camp - we will be back again next December.

Guys...don`t forget the other end of the dam known as Mungo Creek, powered or non powered sites available, excellent facilities, but limited power available, so might need to book if this is a requirement.

When we were there a couple of yers ago, Red Claw were plentiful.
A question...
Have you ever experienced the thrill of landing a 2 - 3 kg Yellow Belly.
You know ... the time when you get the strike
The fight it give you.
The excitement of catching it in the landing net,
And the happy feeling of cleaning the great catch.
What!!!! Did I hear you so....No ... You have not.
