I know it's my 'puter , but I can't figure out how to fix it.  I've tried all sorts of things

Don't know what happened, but tonight I can see them.  Just checked, and there they were.

Thanks for that Wombat.  The box was ticked, but I didn't do it.  Have unticked it, now I'll see if it makes a difference.
