It's just gone 7am here in Ulladulla NSW and we have had 2 inches of rain overnight. It doesn't look like it will let up any time soon either. Cold and Windy as well.

Oh you 2, Get a Room!
It's warm and dry in Charters, about 28deg, overcast and they've been forecasting rain everyday, but it's not here yet.
Mt. Isa was 38 deg the other day. Could be a bit hot in the middle although Alice wasn't very warm today. Could be hot at Coober Pedy.
The weather can't make up its mind. No dry season for Cairns, no wet season for Broome. Storms across the country, from north west to the south east, and early storms for Darwin.
I believe WA have missed out on the rain this year.
That's Oz for you.

Ma, you should be here in sunny Cairns. No rain for a week or two and think of the added fun you could have avoiding the "bash and rob" thugs after dark.

I forgot Ma, the scaremongers have now changed the name to "Climate Change" following the revelation that the world has actually cooled very slightly in past decade.

Hi gypsy wanderers - as you live in Redcliffe qld... I would almost bet money that you know me. Just about everyone in Redcliffe knows me. Management and I used to own the Golden Casket agency beside Crazy Clarkes. The little hole in the wall where the Cornish Pasty man now resides, not the main newsagency up the road. You may have been the person I sold a Million dollar winner to a few years back? Probably not but I hope you were. Cheers Pete

I read a quote a while ago about weather.... the difference between weather and climate is: climate is what we expect, weather is what we get. cheers pete, oh yeah and I forgot to tell you that I am a weather junkie, constantly checking forecasts and looking at the radar. Absolutely love the B.O.M. they get it right 99% of the time, not kidding either. And for the fishermen take a look at www.seabreeze.com the best wind forecasters I have ever come across

It's been a beautiful day in Logan Qld too. 26 degrees on my porch earlier, probably warmer outside. I live in a granny flat under the main house, so it's always a lovely temp down here in the summer. And a beautiful pool outside my door. How lucky am I! I've lived here for 5 years and my landlord is great!
I'll be heading up your way next year too Bruce. I'll keep my eye out for you and your child bride.

Yes Petegail, I love weather watching also., hubby thinks I am mad when I go to BOM - he says, just watch the clouds! I have rainfall data since 2002 when we move to Jimboomba.

I use the BOM site when at home, but prefer the http://www.eldersweather.com.au/ site when travelling. Seems to give me a better local weather report. Use the search engine for whichever town you want.

I was either sweaty or wet and sweaty.
It's drier out west.

yes Beth it can get a bit humid in summer but mostly I would say no. Perth has a beautiful Mediterranean climate. The South West such as Albany and the surrounding area is just great in summer.
