House has been rented out, the child bride leaves work on the 11th Nov. and we will be nomads from then on, using ma in laws house at Bribie Island as a home base.
First trip is leaving Brisvegas on Christmas day and travelling to Elmore in Vic. for nthe national caravan rally and then a slow 3 or 4 month trip back home

I am soooooooo envious, we are still on the countdown...only 8 months to go - all going well

but we won't be coming back, our base will be our wheels.

Well - not really home, but to MILs place at Bribie Island (just around the corner from Heaven) using that as a base to travel from for the next 18 months.
I have reached an agreement with MIL that once we start argueing it is time to hit the road again. ( I recon that will be often)

Sorry we havent bee back to you both, but we have been flat out organising this place ready to get out

 

Know what you mean Goinsoon, property goes on market in 4 weeks, still so much to do

yep, once on the road, you wont want to go home. Our home is our wheels now, sort of like a turtle. Where I go the house goes. Life doesnt get any better than this.
