well after a few days in hospital last week wired to a macine that goes "ping" and then a week at home it's back to the grind again this week, and to top it off a 05.30am start to boot, makes one wonder why the hell one does it sometimes,, would dearly love to give away full time work in place of casual work but can't see it happening anytime soon or is it that despite my "moaning" i'm some what comfortable in my "rut",, food for thought i guess bb

A couple of pointers for your consideration.
a. Determine what really floats your boat and work on it and become more focused on what matters most to you. Life gives most of us lots of choices, but we have to choose; we cannot have it all if we want quality in the important things.
b. Money is a tool, not an objective in itself. Use it judiciously. Plug the leaks in your 'money barrel'. e.g. A single coffee at $3.50 5 days each week for 48 weeks comes to $840.00. Home made at 0.35c is $84.00. A saving of $756.00. All for one cup of coffee!!!
Do that with any number of the small leaks that constitute daily waste and you'll find that they become quite large sums very quickly.
That's a fact, folks.

Sleep is a symptom of caffeine deficiency. Gotta have at least one good strong coffee and I would rather make my own and save money.

You do need to have enough for the absolute necessities such as booze, wine, long lunches etc.....
