Dear all

We are going to be travelling up north and in this instance cannot take our dogs with us.  I wondered if anyone from the GN commuity who would be heading to Victoria  might be interested in parking on our apron and living in our home and feeding two well behaved and trained border collies for about 6 weeks.

We expect to leave on March 15 or 16 next year and be back by end April.  OUr only requirement would be for non-smoker(s).

If anyone would like to discuss this further, may I suggest that we do so via private messaging?

I wonder if one of us has misunderstood teh other.  We would like someone to house sit our house.  We are not going to be in Melbourne then but in Qld so want someone to be here for the dogs.

Did you mean that on that site we could advertise our house requiring a sit. Sorry if i seem dense - mus tbe having a senior moment.

Yes Daydreamer.....you advertise for someone to house/dog sit for you, there's people parking up their rig, whatever it is and staying awhile then moving on at the end of that job. They might then have another house sit in another few weeks.

Daydreamer let me know how you go I'm also looking for a housesitter in Melbourne but I want someone for approx 6 months but no one seems to want to come to chilly Melbourne for the winter......
