Hi to all.  Am in process of having draft of our custom built van done.  I have never been an oven user and don't have one in my home kitchen.  I have 2 convection microwaves instead which I find much simpler to use, less costly and shorter time for cooking.  I am wondering if anyway is using a convection microwave in their van and if they are experiencing any difficulties.  cheers Ann

I haven't had one in a caravan but if they work in your home it will work in your caravan it just a smaller home , A lot of us on this site use the potable glass bowl type convection oven which your can store under the bed , size of convection microwave problem fitting into the space but if you can fit one I see no problem

my dads got one in his motorhome, we use that more than the stove..
