Does any one know of a good caravan park about half way between Cania Gorge and gold Coast ? Kingaroy would be about half way as we are not useing the coast road. We need power so bush camping wouldn't suit. will be thankful for advice

Hi Chris & Stan
Know a lovely place not far from Kingaroy - Bjelke Petersen Dam - nice and quite at this time of year think it was $25/nt, nice warm welcome too! Actually the name of the park is Yallakool and their phone no. is (07) 4168 4746 / web site: yallakoolpark.com.au We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there last week. The salted roasted nuts from Kingaroy are really yum too!
