Can anyone suggest a company that will cover our Ford F250 with an extended warranty. It's 5 years old and in great condition. The companies I've already contacted only cover vehicles that are still under manufacturer's warranty or under a dealer's warranty. Thank you. Regards Ynot

Hi Ynot, With extended warranty insurance read the fine print very carefully. When i was employed as a mechanic there was some very disapointed customers as there is plenty of outs for the insurance company. Its something I personaly would give a miss & save the premium for any likely jobs, even if iwas paying a mechanic to do the job. which i probably would have to do as most caravan parks dont allow diy repairs.  Daryl

Sorry but I have to agree with DeBe on this one, the insurance will cost more than any likely mechanics bills you will encounter. Invariably there will always be an out when its a major issue...

As with all insurance, the best one to have is the money in the bank gathering interest for yourself instead of feathering some multinational global conglomerate nest with more gold coin that they have raped and pilaged from unsuspecting people lilke us.

JMHO (No I dont like big companies, they are all the same, leeches on society)
