On Friday Darryl and I said goodbye to our Dodge
Why???  
Because there was increasing doubt that the Dodge with its maximum towing of 2270kg was going to be able to tow our new van (WHEN it finally arrives) legally.  The van is expected to have a tare of1800 - 1900kg and then when we add water to the tanks, batteries and solar panels it would be getting very close to the Maximum legal weight............  no food or clothes or other necessities
So with much trepidation we went looking for a new car and the final decision has been a Nissan Patrol 3.0litre turbo diesel 2010.

We have been told to expect to have the van in our driveway the first week in August!!!!!!!!! 

Looking forward to taking them for their first journey together

Goodonya BarbandDaz.. now you can tow just about anything with no worries!!! And I'm sure that van will be there on time. Happy travels!
