I've just recently stayed in the Barcy showgrounds, and found it very good. The price was a little confusing...I think because my rig is so small, and also my niece was in a tiny tent beside me. The first night was $20 for the two of us, the 2nd $15, with a different person taking the money. This was un-powered. In general, the locals are very welcoming. Tiny tip...don't bother with a meal at the Commercial Hotel. They'd run out of a lot of meats, and the 'salad' was a bit of skungy coleslaw.
Cheers all! I'm also new to this site.

Hi Lilly,
It's a bit like the song...'you say tomayto I say tomato'...The Canadian, (where it comes from) pronunciation is Lees-ure-lite, but we Aussies say Leisurelite.
They're hard to find. I bought mine off ebay. I also looked at Cub Sprint, which is also very small. I did a lot of research before getting my 'Gypsy'.
I too needed something small enough for me to handle. After my recent first trip, I've decided I need a jockey wheel. It's pretty light, but it'll just make life easier for me. I'm also in the process of getting a quote for an awning and one detachable wall. If you visit their web site, you'll see they have awnings etc, but as it's in Canada, I figured it'll be cheaper to get it here.
Cheers Beth.
