Now is the time to stop and think about the horrific Victorian Bush Fires last year.Sometimes to put into words and express just how much we feel for the pain and suffering of our fellow humans is not easy.To me this is just one of those times.Cheers.Ibbo.

Black saturday , a sad event for those touched by the fires but also a tribute to the Australian culture................... helping a mate in need.

My son and his family holidayed near Marysville for the New Year. Despite the progress being made, he said even now, it is a sight he will always remember.

I watched the "remembrance" on Channel 7 this evening, and I still cried.
I wasn't there, I didn't have any friends or family there, but the tragedy still affects me.
It must be just so hard to restart after such loss.
My thoughts are certainly with them.

and me, a lot of bad memory's in ash Wednesday for me!
I got 6 calls last night from folks who relived the event, not good, very emotional, still very raw!!
seemed to just rake over old coals, dont know if it was in that community's best interest to hold a memorial, a lot of folks didn't attend!
