Mix biscuit, coconut and sultanas. Sift cocoa and icing sugar and add to biscuit mix Stirin the Baileys and the water (Baileys) and the honey (Baileys) Roll a heaped teaspoon full of mixture into balls Coat in icing sugar or nuts.
