Something different for those who like their licorice.

LICORICE ALLSORTS SLICE

125G Butter or Margarine  (I use butter it tastes better)

1/2 tin condensed milk

1 packet of plain biscuits - crushed    (Use Niece if you like it really sweet or milk coffee biscuits)

374g Licorice allsorts - finely cut


Melt the butter and condensed milk over a low heat

Add licorice allsorts to the crushed biscuits

pour the butter mixture over the biscuit mixture

press into a slice tin and sprinkle with chocolate bits or melt 85g copha and 170g cooking chocolate and spread it over slice.

Best kept in the fridge.     Can be frozen
