Australian wild catch banana prawns, peeled, deveined and butterflied flat. rice flour and a generous amount of sea salt and white pepper mixed together. press the prawns into the mix and fry in EVO oil till crispy. drain on paper towel.

I will be knocking down the door of the co-op at 8.30 in the morning. Can't wait for dinner time, heck that's almost 24 hours away.
Think it will be for a nice lunch and I might even splurge and have a nice glass of "something" with it.

I really love prawns and your recipe is a great post that you have shared it in here. I would like to make this for my family on Sunday because it's family bonding on that day. The preparation seems to be easy, all I have to do is to have the main ingredient which is prawns.
