Hi to all , back home again & all is good. Guess i have a bit of reading to do to catch up again , Been off the scene for the last week , it has been cloudy & light rain the last week. Under these conditions we were not getting full input from the solar , we needed all the battery power for the fridge & lights .this all worked out ok .
Hope all had a great Christmas & New Year . I,ll go & do some catch up on whats been happing.
Cheers.

We have two weeks each year at Hat Head Beach , been doing it for abouy 30yrs now . Started off when the kids were little , camped with friends at the time & now we keep going back , bit of a ritual i guess .
Its the kind of place that you have a lot of the same ones on the same sites each time .Bit like a reunion.
As its only half hour away we have been able to travell back & forth when we were working. Was not our normal hols but a break away .

HAT HEAD BEACH HEY,that brings back memories, my sisterin law her brother owns the little church near there next to a place they make bricks ? they bought it when they were young and did it up as a house, they also own the old post office, cant quite remember what its called its not hat head but its right near there and they back onto a river.
Bernie her brother is a removalist? and they have been living in the church for years i think its called kinchella? i lived in crescent head for 7 years and then moved to port mcq i was living in crescent head when the dreaded bus crash happened ,that was a memory i will never forget. Also the shooting of the two police officers ?
I used to catch beach worms on the beach further up along crescent head beach ?.
im a lover of fishing and travelling .
Guess i have a bit of reading to do to catch up again ,
