Some very good classical ebook site that I stumbled onto on the net, some of Jack Londons' as well. A lot are in .htm files, i am downloading and saving for the future. I presume nearly all of us have laptops, so you can save them as well when paper books run out.

I heard that printed newspapers will no longer exist in 2020....everything will be available on your Ereader. This will stop people handing books around....no more 6 for $30 deals at Dymocks...

Hylda says i like my gadgets so of course I have an ebook reader, it's called a "Jetbook" & I highly recommend it. It's a bit smaller than a novel & skinnier, plus much better on the eyes than reading from a computer as it isn't lit like the comp, it has black writing on a grey background with variable font sizing & actually needs an external light source to read it, & it has a much smaller footprint in the caravan than the half dozen books Hylda has in the van. one charge lasts for 1 to 2 weeks of reading. I searched & downloaded over a thousand novels so have enough reading for a looooong time.
I still love collecting & reading normal books but when traveling its much more convenient.

I use a franklin ebookman ( I have 6 that I have scrounged up on the web)and a Palm TungstenE. With a large mmc card you can almost fit a library on them. Another site that you can get ebooks from is mIRC. If you want any more info on how just let me know and I will contact by email and not divulge on here.
