Well I have just finished cleaning the chimney so the Fat Man can squeeze his way down.
I forgot to do it last year and Gees.......did I hear about it?? I got letters from the union......workplace services........and the local council. All sorts of threats ranging from law suits to 'NO Presents".......Reindeer threatening to piddle on my tomatoes. It just went on and on!
I really hope he hasn't put any weight on because it was a tight squeeze last time. So if he doesn't get to your place then it's because he is still stuck in our chimney! Sorry!!

maybe its like in Tim Alan's Santa movies , where the chimny changes size to suite Santa , then when he leaves it goes back to normal?? kinda like shapeshifting??
