Went for our swim yesterday arvo and sitting in th middle of the river are 2 ducks with offspring. Gracie spots them and "points" I tell her to calm down assuming the ducks would fly away..... no such luck, mrs duck goes into broken wing mode father duck flys off low along the river Gracie immediatley takes of in pursuit of mother Duck being fooled into thinking she can catch it.... so I'm sitting there wondering where Gracie is, the 2 ducks return and round up the flock hidden in the reeds and no sign of Gracie, then 45 mins into this scenario I see this little black head appear way way off swimming back against the current.. Not very bright, why she just didn't run back along the bank I don't know and she isn't saying, I suspect she has been hanging around aged care institutions too long....

Hehehehe.......I am STILL in with a chance the Basil?? I can fool a black dog any day. LOL Makes you wonder what goes on in the minds sometimes doesn't it??

yeah I can't figure it. On monday we were at the War Vets place and they were engaged by the local Girls High school in a sing along and Gracie is sitting there calm as everything untill we start singing "road to Gundagai" and she starts howling.... don't know why.

Isn't that where the dog is on the tuckerbox?? Perhaps she was mite worried??

I reckon he is selling them DaveO. He tells us he takes Gracie around to the old folks homes but I think, in reality, he is around there selling the old biddies ice creams!! A captive audience!! Come on Basil................'fess up!!
