Snuck onto another forum and rummaged around and found this, made them yesterday and they are stupendous.
3-4 ripe mangoes. (any fruit you like really. I used three mangoes and two bananas.)
1 Tin of Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Water. ( I used half cup of water, half cup of Malibu as the option suggested)
1 Cup of Cream.
Blend together and freeze in desirable container, cut into wedges and enjoy.
It can be done with Chocolate Milk and rum, rasperries etc, let your immagination do the work.

Bring it on! That is definitely my kind of goodie. I have even passed this idea onto my daughter who has two teenage sons who also loves Weis Bars. This will be a great cost saving idea for her.
In my case to hell with the cost saving-yummee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love the sound of that weis bar, but after surviving for the last three years [since leaving nth qld] without a fresh mango i'm not sure if i could actually make it into a weis bar, but then again the malibu could make me change my mind pretty dam quick, will give it a go when we get back up north.
