To make any judgement we would have to know what percentage drink drive may has low has .01% if that is alarming

Oh Brickie, I think you missed the "punch line".
It's a contradictory or at the very least, ambiguous statement.
The level of alcohol in the 10% doesn't come into it.
I want to be in the 10% rather than the sober, but bingled 90%. The odds are obviously against the sober driver. Oh, crack another tinnie and have a really good day.

I think the sober people should get off the road and let the drunks drive in safety. Statistically we have less accidents.
