Currently there is a blitz on UNREGISTERED dogs in town. Rangers are patroling all the places popular with dogs and their owners (including Kambah Pool). Owners are being fined if they have not registered their dog in the strict accordance with the ACT Domestic Animal Control Act 2000.

I'd suggest that if you are traveling with your dog from interstate that you carry your pooches rego papers with you and make sure your dog has it's tag "prominently displayed".............

I guess the ACT must be facing bankruptcy and this is yet another revenue raiser....
