hi all. well margaret and i have finally sold our house. we have been having a look at some motorhomes, but the build quality, and some of the makers warranty's, leave a lot to be desired. a mate has a bushtracker, and he has been around oz a few times and it just seems to be indistructable ( 8years old )they seem to be a bit heavy and a bit pricey. does anyone own,or had some experence with this brand. thank you

I cant help you with the Bushtracker vans but I bought a Golf caravan (secondhand) about 10 months ago and its been excellent. Its built like the proverbial brick sh.thouse but surprisingly isn't too heavy. The build quality is also very good. I went to Arrow Caravans in Virginia and got what I thought was a good deal from them Hope this helps Keith

Talking of Golf ,mine is a 1990 tourer mk2, last year replaced the springs and shocks in Mildura, only expense in all those years, its dated by the colour cream but I dont give a damn about keeping up appearances
agree with Kesue, the only way to go, and have a good variety of off roaders with excellent service
4 weeks and we are off again heading south, into the cold, for the cherry picking, and
will keep the van even when the motor home "Daydreamer" is finished
