I run IObit ADVANCED System Care V3 and found a link to the newer IObit 360 Security. Found some nasty stuff, 190 files in all of malware etc and deleted it and also lets you stop popups and hijacking, you know you go looking for something and another totally unrelated site pops up invariably related to either penis enlargement or Viagra sales.... Try it, I found it very good.
hi bas. i use advanced system care pro. ( i cant remember how much it cost ) i have had it,on my desktop computor, for about 12 months. it works well with a lot of the spyware, i recommend it.

.. and I also support it Basil ..
I use it in conjunction with AVG and Outpost Firewall .. While I've noticed in the past that it will also pull up some items that it can't correctly identify, I have never yet deleted anything that has been crucial to the running of the system .. (XP Pro here) I do run some older communications progs that tend to 'dump' some obsolete files (that they need) into my system .. In these situations, these files are 'safe' as they are protected from deletion ..
Just type in what you are after in the search window and you can then download it. Look at the comments though some of it dosen't work....

Yes, there is some good stuff on there but be aware that they are torrents and just make sure that your antivirus is uptodate as there is some nasties on there.
Be warned there is no such thing as a free lunch. Most of the free packages are programs still under development and they rely on the freebie users to report problems so they can work on it . Once the bugs are ironed out then you either buy a bug free package or are faced with no further updates or looking for another freebie .
Baz which site had the "P" enlargements as a pop up . LOL
