Hi everyone. I'm curious to know what the fuel prices are around the states at the moment. Queensland has done away with the 8.5 cent/litre fuel subsidy and upped the price by as much as 25c/litre. What are the other states doing? Cheers Chris

Filled up with ULP yesterday at Gull in Bedford, WA..........$1.16 per litre. Another Gull in a nearby suburb was selling it at $1.21 per litre.
(NB: Gull do not have any discount scheme but are usually the cheaper fuel prices around).

At my local BP in Perth's northern suburbs today, ULP was 2 cents more than diesel, first time I've seen that. And BP is not the cheapest place to buy.

I,m surprised, seems most of us buy petrol, , as most of us drag vans I would have thought that we all drove diesel, so how about some prices in diesel please
Emerald in Central Qld price was $.1. 21 petrol, and $1.18 for diesel on the wed the day of the price hike

I paid 38.5 cents per litre today for a tankful of LPG
That makes my short-run shopping economy (is that the right word????) just about $11.50/100km based on 30l/100km
Petrol would be $32.50/100km based on 25l/100km at $1.30 per litre.
2 tonne Automatics are not the ideal suburban 'shopping trolley'.
(Reminder to self: Got to stop dragging off those V8 utes at the lights.)

We get most of our petrol for free!!! "How?" you ask... :)
We are registered with Spectre Mystery Shopping - who have heaps of petrol station assessments all over Australia. Before a trip - we contact the team and they tell us all the stations we can assess for them on route. We get $30 per station and there are heaps!
www.spectre.com.au
Sometimes the team will even add on some $$$ to make the trip even more attractive! We highly recomend it!!! (Try talking to C or L on the team - they are very helpful!)

Fuel in Darwin today.ULP 1.32 less 4 cents with voucher. Some up to 137.9. Diesel 1.34 no discount. Gas between 75.8 and 87. Depends where you shop. Sounds like the southern areas have been dragged kicking and screaming into the prices we have been paying for years.
safe traveling
